This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how Risely Health (“Risely Health,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes the personal information of users of the Risely Health Community App (the “App”), our website at www.riselyhealth.com (the “Site”), and any related services we offer (collectively, the “Services”). This Policy also describes the rights and choices you have regarding your personal information.

By downloading, installing, or using the App or otherwise accessing our Services, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use our Services.

Risely Health is a community platform. Content you post within the App’s public community channels — including comments, habit check-ins, milestone shares, and other community contributions — may be visible to other App users. 6. HEALTH AND DIABETES MANAGEMENT DATA

Risely Health collects limited health-related information that you choose to provide, including how long you have lived with type 1 diabetes and the tools you use to manage your condition. This information is used solely to personalize your experience within the App and to improve our Services.

Risely Health does not require you to connect a CGM or share any blood sugar or glucose data. If you choose to share such information voluntarily through the AI coaching assistant or community features, that information is treated as user-provided content under this Policy and is not shared with third parties for any commercial purpose.

Risely Health is not a covered entity or business associate under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”). Health-related information you share with us through the App is not protected by HIPAA and is instead governed by this Privacy Policy.

7. RISELY AI COACHING ASSISTANT

The App includes an AI-powered coaching assistant (“Risely AI”). When you interact with Risely AI, the content of your conversations is collected and stored in connection with your account. We may use this data in de-identified or aggregated form to train, improve, and optimize Risely AI and our Services.

Conversation data submitted to Risely AI is treated as user-provided information under this Policy. We do not sell your Risely AI conversation data to third parties. We may share it with service providers who assist us in operating the AI features of the App, subject to confidentiality obligations.

Please do not submit sensitive personal information (such as Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or highly sensitive medical details beyond what is necessary for coaching support) to Risely AI.

8. COOKIES AND ANALYTICS

Our Site and App may use cookies, pixel tags, and similar tracking technologies to collect information about how you interact with our Services. We use this information to analyze usage, improve performance, and support marketing activities.

You may opt out of receiving marketing emails from us at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link in any marketing email we send. You may opt out of text messages by replying STOP to any text message from us. Even if you opt out of marketing communications, you will continue to receive transactional and account-related messages from us.

Community Content

To opt out of having your public community posts used in Risely Health’s marketing materials, please contact us at hello@riselyhealth.com.

Account Deletion

To permanently delete your account and all associated personal data, please contact us at hello@riselyhealth.com. We will process your request in accordance with applicable law and our data retention obligations.

10. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

The App is intended for users who are at least 13 years of age. Users between the ages of 13 and 17 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the App, in accordance with our Terms of Use.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete such information. 11. DATA SECURITY

We implement commercially reasonable physical, electronic, and administrative safeguards designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include encryption, secure server infrastructure, and access controls limiting personal data to personnel who require it to perform their roles.

No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for any activity that occurs under your account.

16. UPDATES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or for other business reasons. When we make material changes to this Policy, we will notify you via in-app notification or the email address associated with your account, and we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Services following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
